It lets you process dozens of files across over 90 different formats—including PDFs, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, images, and CAD drawings—simultaneously. 1. Add Your Documents to the Queue
You can assemble your document batches through several intuitive methods using the Print Conductor Document Addition Menu:
Drag-and-Drop: Drag individual files or entire folders right into the main window.
Folder Import: Use the “Add Folder” button to ingest subfolders. The software can be configured to dynamically scan and load files from targeted folders at startup.
Pre-made Lists: Import text-based schedules, spreadsheet inventories, or proprietary .FLIST files to automatically load predefined document pathways.
